Flour stocks are enough for a month and a half in Lebanon

The head of the Syndicate of Bakery Owners in Mount Lebanon, Antoine Seif, met with the Minister of Economy and Trade in the caretaker government, Amin Salam, and they developed a plan that includes securing a quantity of ground flour for bakeries in the event of any security problem.

Saif revealed, in an interview with MTV, that "the flour stock is only enough for about a month and a half, but small ships from Ukraine are arriving successively, and the Minister of Economy is seeking with the government to purchase a wheat ship from Russia."

The Lebanese fear the outbreak of a war in Lebanon between Hezbollah and "Israel", as a number of Western countries warn that "the war will destroy Lebanon", especially in light of the economic crisis it is going through.
