Israel warns its citizens against WhatsApp calls

The Israeli police warned against responding to WhatsApp calls from unknown numbers coming from abroad.

The police said that these calls may be part of an attempt to hack phones, in light of the raging war in the Gaza Strip, and recommended that WhatsApp users adjust their privacy settings to block calls from unknown numbers.
